“And God, let me enjoy this. Life isn’t just a sequence of waiting for things to be done.”

Okay Ze, let’s start.

“How to be Alone”

Beautiful.

Truth.
I’ll often close my eyes at a concert, just listening in the dark and wondering if I could live in that moment forever.
Bliss.

BriBry is a fantastic youtuber who is using his videos to work through a list of things to do before you die. All of this is to raise awareness and funds for the Ross Nugent Foundation, in honour of BriBry’s friend Ross who passed away from cancer in May 2010. Every video fills me with warm fuzzies.

The song is wonderful regardless, but purchasing the song on iTunes helps to fund his video series. It’s certainly worth the $0.99 to me.

(PS - BriBry also has a 4 song EP available which also helps to fund the series.)

This is the New Year - Ian Axel

Fun.

Sometimes the hardest part of being young is not being able to visualize how much is ahead of me. I was thinking this morning: I probably haven’t even met the people who in 2, 3, even 10 years will be most important to me. That blows my mind. That gives me hope.

A lovely thought. Though there are also many people in my life right now that I truly hope I will still know and treasure 2, 3, 10 years in the future.

Pushing Daisies.
I still mourn the canceling of this show. I think I’ll have to get the season DVDs and rewatch it soon.

“Fairy Doors and Wanderlust”

I’m slowly learning to love Edmonton. What secrets does this city hold for me to discover?
