I always do the crossword in pen. Sudoku too. I’m such a rebel.
In other news, I finished the Friday crossword this morning with only a dictionary to help me. Go me!

Moomin melts my heart every time.

Moomin melts my heart every time.

This happened to me as I was leaving on a trip to Europe for 6 weeks. My plan was to buy a final iced cap just before my flight left. I passed a Tim Hortons on my way to the gate, but when I tried to go back, a security guard stopped me and refused to let me by. It was terribly upsetting.
The moral? Never, never, ever pass up an opportunity to stop at Tim’s.

For some reason, I really love this image.
I cut this comic out of the sunday paper many years ago. It sat in a drawer for a long time. Then I posted it on my door for a while. You can see it in some of my old videos and dailybooth pictures. Eventually I changed the posters on my door, and I can’t seem to remember what I did with the comic. I can’t imagine I’d throw it out, but I can’t find it in any of the places I’d likely keep it.
I saw that cut-out in an old picture yesterday and decided I really wanted to find the comic again. I figured it would be easy. Google knows everything, right? So I spent far too long plugging every search term I could think of into google. Alas, no luck. I resigned myself to the fact that I’d probably never find this comic again. In a last ditch effort, I found a chronological archive of Ziggy comics, guesstimated when I first found it in the paper, and began searching through the comics one at a time. I thought I’d spend 20 or 30 minutes searching, then maybe bookmark the link to try again another day only to forget about it. I was sure it would be a fruitless search. A waste of my time.
Then, after only two minutes, I found this.
Huzzah!

Huzzah!

Every time you say “alot”, I used to think of this:

(via Hyperbole and a Half)

Now I’m going to picture Wil Wheaton.

Does this exist?? I want one.
